Garner Industrial Solutions provides sustainment manufacturing and replacement components for industrial equipment and high-pressure piping systems used in land-based hydrocarbon extraction, energy infrastructure, and industrial service operations.

Our capabilities are focused on restoring operability, maintaining compatibility with existing systems, and reducing downtime when original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support is unavailable or impractical.

Industrial Sustainment & Replacement Components

We support equipment sustainment through the fabrication and sourcing of fit-for-purpose replacement parts designed to interface with existing machinery and piping systems.

Our work emphasizes component compatibility, durability, and traceability rather than proprietary redesign or system replacement.

High-Pressure Flow & Piping Components

Fabrication and sourcing of pressure-containing components for upstream and midstream applications, including:

  • Custom flanges and fittings
  • Small manifolds and spool assemblies
  • Replacement pressure-boundary components manufactured to customer specifications
  • Non-standard or legacy components no longer supported by OEMs

Components are produced to meet functional and dimensional requirements provided by the customer or derived through reverse-engineering where appropriate.

Valve & Flow Control Sustainment Support

Support for valve and flow control equipment through the supply of replacement components and subassemblies, including:

  • Machined replacement parts for legacy or unsupported valves
  • Pressure-retaining and non-pressure-retaining components
  • Sustainment manufacturing aligned with existing valve configurations

Garner Industrial Solutions does not represent itself as an OEM valve manufacturer; support is focused on component-level sustainment and replacement.

Heavy Equipment Sustainment

Support for industrial and oilfield equipment through replacement component fabrication, including:

  • Shafts, bushings, and housings
  • Structural and load-bearing components
  • Reverse-engineered parts for legacy machinery

This capability is intended to extend service life and restore functionality without requiring full equipment replacement.

Rapid & Obsolescence Manufacturing

Focused support for time-critical and hard-to-source requirements, including:

  • Emergency fabrication of long-lead or discontinued components
  • One-off and small-batch manufacturing
  • Coordination with qualified domestic machine shops and specialty fabricators

This capability supports sustainment and emergency procurement scenarios where downtime carries operational or safety consequences.

Operating Approach

  • Texas-based industrial supplier
  • Domestic sourcing and fabrication coordination
  • Procurement-driven engagement model (RFQs, sustainment contracts, emergency sourcing)
  • Emphasis on technical clarity, compatibility, and deliverable alignment
